• Domestic orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from confirmation of payment.
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days nationwide.
• A flat shipping fee may apply; orders above the free-shipping threshold qualify for complimentary delivery.
• Tracking information is provided via email and SMS once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition.
• Skincare and wellness items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact contact@metahint.ai with your order number.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
